How / When Do I Pay?

Once the shoot is complete, you’ll receive an invoice when your content is delivered.
You can review everything before paying, and payment can be made easily online.

Does someone need to be present during the shoot?

Not at all — we actually prefer to work in an empty home.
That said, if you'd like to be there to point out specific features or priorities, you're more than welcome.

What is your turnaround time?

Photos are delivered the next day, typically before noon.

Videos are ready within 48 hours.

Floor plans are delivered within 24 hours, though larger properties may require extra time.

Will you move items or help tidy up?

We can make small adjustments if it helps improve the final photos — things like moving a chair or hiding a cord. However, if the home isn’t photo-ready, we may need to reschedule, especially during busy times.

Please have the space fully prepped before we arrive. It is recommended to show up 20-30 minutes before the scheduled time to ensure the home is ready.
